    THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

    We undertake that the personal data obtained through the website will be stored, protected and processed exclusively by the SLOVENSKI CENTER PEN, Tomšičeva 12, Ljubljana.
    All personal data obtained will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Act.

    Your data is adequately protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure by third parties.

    Unsubscribe from the newsletter
    You can unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time by clicking on the »unsubscribe« option and saving your choice.
    You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletters you receive. Due to the specificity of the process and technical constraints, you may still receive our emails within 15 days from the date of your unsubscription, if the email has already been sent or is in the process of being sent. In this case, we apologise and ask for your understanding.

    Deleting a newsletter subscription
    If you wish to delete the personal data that we hold for the purpose of sending you our newsletter, please email us at: slopen@guest.arnes.si. The request to delete your subscription must be sent from the email address you used to subscribe to the newsletter or you must provide the email address you are unsubscribing from. We will delete your personal data within 15 days of receiving your request to delete your registration and will notify you of this.
